The Museum of Telephone History launches the French version of the website
The largest Museum of Telephone History in Europe is delighted to launch the French version of its official website – www.telhistory.fr. It is already the fourth language version for the Museum's website: the visitors can learn the history of telecommunications, the descriptions of the Museum exhibitions, as well as the stories of exhibits of this magnificent collection in Russian, French, German, and English.

TODAY, ON SEPTEMBER 9, 2016, THE MUSEUM OF TELEPHONE HISTORY OPENS ITS IMPRESSIVE EXHIBITION AT THE MOSCOW PALACE OF PIONEERS, TIMED TO THE CELEBRATION OF THE DAY OF THE MOSCOW CITY AND TO THE 80th ANNIVERSARY OF THE PALACE OF PIONEERS. SEVERAL DOZENS OF RARE TELEPHONE SETS NOW GET PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN THE WALLS OF THIS EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ON THE SPARROW HILLS.

The Museum of Telephone History (MTH), which hosts a magnificent display of antique telephone sets, launches German version of its official site. From now on all the information about the museum is available in Russian, English and in German.

The Telephone History Museum became one of the new participants of the nationwide Museum Night 2016, held in St. Petersburg on May 21-22. This year's Museum Night was quite unusual, as regards both the participants and the special program for the guests.
Telephone History Museum collection continues to grow thanks to exclusive new exhibits
Europe's largest collection of antique telephones, the Museum of Telephone History continues to grow with priceless new historical artifacts. One of these was the Laryngophone by the ‘TELEPHONE MANFG. CO. LTD’, which was invented in 1929 in the UK and was originally intended to provide telephone communication in environments with high noise levels, inconvenience and interference.
TWITTER’S FIRST OFFICIAL EVENT HELD IN THE MUSEUM OF TELEPHONE HISTORY
Twitter’s first official event in Russia (140PoRusski) took place in the Museum of Telephone History (Moscow), where Twitter’s vice-president, Shailesh Rao, spoke. During his speech, he noted that the advertising audience of Twitter’s social network in Russia amounted to 26 million users.
