Occupying a position of leadership, Julia will remain actively involved in the operational activities of the Museum. She will organize various activities for the public and will participate in the development and promotion of this unique Museum.
It is noteworthy that, under her leadership, training programs for students took place. In addition, special tours for adults and a specially adapted tour for children were introduced.
We would like to draw attention to the fact that, in the two years since the opening of the Museum, more than 10,000 people have filed through our doors. This is no surprise because the Museum today is an attractive educational and communications platform for the exchange of experiences, the demonstration of exhibits and the interaction with known collectors and museums. It also attracts volunteers and people keen on history. To date, the Museum of Telephone History works closely with renowned universities, schools and museums to implement joint educational and cultural projects.
"The Museum of Telephone History has its own niche and I am happy to be working here surrounded by such touching history and being able to welcome her ‘friends’ (the people of St. Petersburg) and guests of our city. I am grateful to my colleagues for their support for the excellent atmosphere in the team. Their benevolence, inexhaustible energy and willingness to help inspire me to improve my work," said Julia Zavadskaya.
